What a Full Groom Entails
A full groom is our signature reset: a warm hydro bath with coat-matched shampoo, hand fluff-dry, a breed-standard (or custom) cut, nail trim and filing, ear cleaning, sanitary trim and a spritz of pet-safe cologne. We start every appointment with a meet-and-sniff so even first-timers settle in.
- Coat-matched shampoo, conditioner and hand drying — never cage dryers.
- Breed-standard cuts or a custom style designed with you.
- Nails trimmed and filed smooth, pads tidied, ears cleaned.
- Photo updates mid-visit and a report card at pick-up.

Full Groom FAQs
Every 4–8 weeks for most breeds. Curly and non-shedding coats need the shorter end of that range to prevent matting; short coats can stretch longer with bath-and-brush visits between cuts.
Only as a last resort. We work through light matting by hand, but tight mats pull painfully on skin — in that case a humane shave-down with a fresh-start plan is kinder than hours of dematting.
Yes — lion cuts, sanitary trims, bath-and-brush and nail trims for cats, done in a separate quiet cat-only slot so there are no barking neighbors.
